Samantha Telepneff (BACP)
I work with a diverse range of clients, including people with neurodiversity, autistic spectrum disorder and learning disabilities. If you are tired of feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, sad, traumatised, unconfident, helpless, worthless, guilty, ashamed, or overwhelmed, lost, confused or suffering from a bereavement and can't move forward, or that sometimes, something just isn't right, I am here to help you figure things out and move your life forward. By working together, I can help you to explore, make sense of and address what needs to change for you. I am a warm, empathetic, sensitive, and non-judgmental practitioner. I offer a welcoming, safe, and reflective space where you can feel at ease to explore all aspects of your life. A place where you can be heard and understood without judgement. An opportunity to pause, take a breath and try to make sense of how it is you got here. A chance to explore possibilities for the future, grow your inner resources and make sustainable and tangible positive change. As a person-centred counsellor I will help you to explore and work through your feelings, come to your own conclusions, and support you to incorporate these changes into your everyday life.
